At Lavender Celeste, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. All orders are managed from our administrative office in Lindale, Georgia, and shipped exclusively to customers within the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed for our domestic customers.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders.

  • Price Transparency: The shipping cost is clearly displayed at the cart and checkout stages. There are no hidden handling fees.

3. Delivery Timeline (Handling + Transit)

To provide accurate delivery estimates, we follow the schedule below:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 9 Business Days.

Note: "Business Days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

4. Shipping Methods & Tracking

We partner with reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your items. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain items due to carrier restrictions. If we cannot ship to your provided address, we will contact you immediately to find an alternative or issue a full refund.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and provide a resolution.
