Lavender Celeste offers made-to-order apparel, accessories, tech cases, wall art, and related products. Products are manufactured and shipped by third-party print and fulfillment partners after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility information, colors, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings and normal production differences.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, colors, device compatibility, and other options before completing an order.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.

ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Because products enter production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lavender Celeste is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, address errors, customs, production interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Our procedures for damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, and non-defective products are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selections, incorrect device selections, or changes of mind.
